Giant Steps in full, closing our Atlantic stretch

Kissa Kissa plays Giant Steps in full on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2026, at 7:00 PM, 67 years after Coltrane recorded “Naima.” A free Coltrane 100 night at Kissa Kissa, the Japanese-style jazz vinyl listening bar at 667 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Giant Steps, all-analog mono
“Naima” was cut on December 2nd, 1959, with Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers and Jimmy Cobb. We play Giant Steps in its entirety from the Kevin Gray all-analog mono, and the Giant Steps cocktail runs all night.
Free and open to the public. No cover, no ticket.
