GETTING HERE

Transit, Parking & Neighborhood

Crown Heights is easy to get to from anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Most guests come by subway — we’re steps from two major lines.

BY SUBWAY

Take the 2 or 3 train to Franklin Ave, or the 4 or 5 to Franklin Ave. We’re on Franklin Avenue between St. Marks and Prospect Place — a short walk from either stop.

BY CAR & PARKING

Street parking is available on Franklin Avenue and surrounding blocks. On Thursday through Saturday evenings, we recommend arriving a few minutes early as the neighborhood gets lively.

RESERVATIONS

Walk-Ins Welcome. Reservations Recommended.

No reservation required — walk-ins are always welcome. That said, we strongly recommend booking ahead on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, when we often fill up quickly.

Reservations are free and easy to make online for groups of up to six. For groups larger than six, please reach out to us directly about our private event options.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Kissa Kissa Experience

Warm but intentional. No cover charge, no minimum, no rush. Come as you are and stay as long as you like.

THE MUSIC

Jazz, exclusively — always on vinyl, full albums at a time. Bebop, post-bop, Latin jazz, spiritual jazz. No playlists, no shuffle, no requests.

THE DRINKS

Globally inspired craft cocktails, a curated selection of beer and wine, and proper zero-proof options made with the same care as everything else on the menu.

THE FOOD

A small but thoughtful menu of small plates and desserts — enough to settle in for the evening without it feeling like a full dinner service.
